Our average turn-around time is 1-3 days depending on our current work load.
All service requests are responded to on a first-come first-serve basis.

Labor Rates:
Desktop Computers and Notebooks: All Brands
- $35 diagnostics fee (applied to repair total)
- $35 Hardware installation and testing
- $50 an Hour Bench Fee
- $50-$75 Windows Clean-up, Virus, and Spyware Removal
- $100 – Complete Backup and Windows Re-installation (includes updated drivers, updates, etc)
Printers and Fax Machines: Laser Printers and Fax Machines: Oki Data, Hewlett Packard, Canon, Brother Intl.
- $35 Minimum Labor charge in-shop (basic cleaning and repairs)
- $50 Minimum Labor Charge on-site (in Cedar City, outside Cedar City hourly rate begins from time of departure)
- $50 an Hour Bench Fee
- Inkjet Printers and Fax Machines: Hewlett Packard, Canon, Brother Intl., Dell, Lexmark
- $25 Diagnostics Fee (applied to repair total)
- $50 an Hour Bench Fee
Networking:
- $75 an Hour
- All networking is billed on a cost-per-job basis. Labor rates may vary slightly.
